Who we are
Based in Qatar, ABA and Partners is a leading real estate company dealing in residential, properties in the Pear Qatar since 2015. Being a real estate company, our focus is mainly in the areas of Property Management. Delivery of these services to our valued tenants is critical to the continued success of our product offering.
As highlighted above, we develop and manage properties whilst also offering end-to-end property related services including sales and leasing, property management, facilities management etc. Our focus is to provide high quality and safe residential properties in order to fulfil our tenants expectations. Security of our valued tenants is of utmost importance hence 24/7 full compliment of security services on-site.
Car Parking
Car parking is available to all our tenant and fully supervised 24/7.
Health and Safety
Our fire safety and fire prevention infrastructure is tested on a monthly basis as per local regulations by our approved service provider.
Amenity
Swimming Pool
Our swimming pool is available daily and we have cleaning and monitoring of the pool environment 6 days a week by a licensed service provider.
Gym
Gym facilities are available 7 days a week. Sauna and steam room are available for both male and female tenants.
Restaurant (TPA only)
Food and beverage services are available to our tenants. In addition we have an adjoining leisure and recreation area with pool, TV and library.
Wifi
Free wifi is available in our amenity and reception area.
Kids Play Area
Kids play area is available in our amenity area 7 days a week.
Retail Stores
Convenient access to multiple retailers including banks, groceries and dry cleaners.
